7 HELPFUL APPS FOR YOUR TRIP TO EUROPE!

Hey there!

As you're getting ready for your next trip, I wanted to share some awesome apps that can really come in handy while you're out exploring. These are some of my personal favorites and client go-to's, and they'll make your travel experience smoother and more fun!

  • The Fork: I absolutely love this app - it's my number 1 recommendation. If you love checking out new restaurants, this is for you! The Fork lets you browse top spots, check reviews, and even make reservations. Oh, and the really cool part: it often offers discounts so you can try a new place for up to 50% off on the menu price. I've used it many times in various cities in Europe.

  • FreeNow: This is your go-to app for getting a taxi or ride-share across Europe. It’s reliable and super easy to use, with upfront pricing so you’ll know what you’re paying before you hop in. Great for when you need a quick ride and don’t feel like dealing with public transport.

  • Trip Lingo: This is a must if you're heading somewhere with a language barrier. Trip Lingo helps you learn key phrases and translate on the go. It even has a voice translator, and you can get cultural tips to avoid any awkward moments. Plus, there’s a currency converter and a Wi-Fi dialer—so helpful!

  • Monument Tracker: If you love discovering new landmarks but don’t want to follow a strict tour, this app is perfect. It’ll notify you when you're near a cool monument or point of interest and give you all the background info. It’s like having your own personal guide, but you can explore at your own pace.

  • Citymapper: Navigating public transportation in a new city can be tricky, but Citymapper makes it super easy. It maps out all your options—whether it’s bus, subway, or bike—and gives you the quickest route. You’ll feel like a local in no time!

  • Spotted by Locals: Want to skip the tourist traps? This app is filled with tips from locals on the best hidden spots, restaurants, and cool things to do. It’s great for discovering a city in a more authentic way.

  • PackPoint: This one’s fun if you’re always wondering what to pack. It gives you a packing list based on your destination’s weather and activities. You’ll never overpack again!

These apps can really take the stress out of travel, so I recommend downloading them before your trip. If you need help with anything else, let me know—I’m here to make your journey as smooth as possible!

Safe travels!
